Knight Frank engaged Select Services as Head Contractors on the Heritage listed building at 6 Knuckey Street in Darwin’s CBD. The Outside Air Cooler project required modifications to the rooftop plant, for the 200Kw outside air processing unit, building modifications to five floors, associated ductwork, controls and traffic management for a crane lift.
