Established in the wake of the 2002 Bali bombings, the National Critical Care and Trauma Centre (NCCTRC) is a key element of the Australian Governments disaster and emergency medical response force.
Select Services were engaged by Jaytex Construction to design and construct the cooling solutions for the impressive 2500m2 temperature and humidity controlled warehouse and 910m2 office space.
For optimal air distribution throughout the large open space, over 100 lineal meters of fabric duct was installed using the latest 210kW Temperzone inverter package unit.
Utilising a ME touch-screen interface Select Services linked all these components to the adjacent 910m2 office space. The office is serviced by Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems and contains temperature-controlled UPS rooms and a temperature and humidity controlled pharmaceutical store.
