Select services were engaged by AHRENS in early 2017 for the construction of the new Osgood Drive recreation center, the center consisted of two tenancies. The first tenancy is Flip Out, an indoor trampoline park, taking approximately 1300m2, the second tenancy, yet to be filled is approximately 800m2.
Flip Out is located at the Darwin Airport Central, and is a first for the Territory following the first opening in Western Sydney, a series of facilities have been opened in ACT, QLD and Vic.
The mechanical services supplied and installed by Select Services includes three 200Kw Hercules package systems controlled by an Innotech Building Management System (BMS). Air distribution is via a combination of 1200mm Diameter spiral and fabric duct.
